1. About GrowthCommons
GrowthCommons is operated by GrowthCommons, LLC, a partnership between Dominique Anderson Consulting, LLC and Uncomplicated Inc. We are building a capital connector platform for community real estate developers and mission-aligned funders. The Service is currently in pre-release and accessible via an early access waitlist.
2. Eligibility
To use the Service, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you submit is accurate and truthful.
3. Beta Waitlist
Joining the beta waitlist does not guarantee that you will receive access to the GrowthCommons platform. We will contact waitlist members as capacity allows and at our sole discretion. Access to the beta is provided "as-is" and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm another person
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any part of the Service
- Use any automated means to access the Service without our prior written permission
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the GrowthCommons website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of GrowthCommons, LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any portion of the Service without our prior written consent.
The GrowthCommons name and logo are trademarks of GrowthCommons, LLC. Other marks and logos appearing on the Service are the property of their respective owners.
6. Your Content
Any information you submit through the early access form or other communications remains yours. By submitting it, you grant GrowthCommons a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that information for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy, including communicating with you and improving the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." GrowthCommons makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GrowthCommons, LLC and its members, affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. Upon termination, the rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease, but the provisions regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification will survive.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which GrowthCommons, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in that jurisdiction.
